I have been a lecturer, trainer, educator & seminar leader for over 30 years. Now I add Life Coach to that list! I have
conducted seminars for thousands of people on very diverse topics and now I am working with people on integrating
the three parts of themselves (body, mind & spirit) to live a holistic, happy, healthy life. I am not one to brag about
myself, so you can read what others think about me in the testimonial page.
